  • No, it has to be economically suffcient.

  • When I worked at burger king I got alot of fulfillment even though it payed lousy.I found I liked smiling at people and making sure their order was right and that they had the items they needed.Cream sugar ketchup.I use to smile at people and think you know some of these people have crummy lives by the looks on their faces and maybe I am the only person who is nice to them all day.Not everybody of course but some people do have very sad lonely lives. It really made me feel good when they would say God bless you and tell me about themselves when it was slow.I did end up leaving in the end both because of the lousy pay and treatment by my new supervisor. My first supervisor however was really a happy person and left you with a good happy feeling telling you what an asset you were to the restaurant.Sadly he was arrested for selling marijauna and was sent away for two years. The person they replaced him with as my new boss was a mean surly alcoholic so after being screamed at constantly, I left. Good question.I probly would of stayed alot longer if the atmosphere had not changed. No i did not know my boss was selling weed but at any rate he was a great happy mellow manager.Kind of a shock.
